::5 months ago I visit this workshop for 4 new tyres and wheel alignment. 5 days ago I was '' forced'' to buy new tyres of back side because wheel alignment was poor made and worn a back tyres very fast. If it's possible I can give them - 5 stars!!!

::Quick and friendly service, good opening hours! It took only like 15mins to get the tires changed, and we just drove there without any warning on Sunday morning.

::Nice and efficient place to change your tyres as well as yo keep your winter or summer tyres there during the winter or summer seasons. Good prices and quick service. Does get very busy during the seasons you need to change your tyres but if you subscribe to there tyre hotel you can book a time and save waiting in line

::Couldnt get my Winter Wheels of, so I took my car to CityDäck. They was full booked that day, but after I had explained my problem for them, they found a gap and changed to sommerwheels. Cheap and excellent costumer service. THANKS.

::I made the error of overlooking the remark on the website that you can only make a booking when you store your tires there. So after I reported at the cash desk I was told that my appointment was not valid and it would take some 45-60 minutes. They had all my contact details so I fail to understand why they could not tell me that in advance. And there was a time slot reserved anyway, so they could have easily slotted me in. However I was happy that after five minutes my name was shown on the screen and I could drive the car into the garage. However as I did so I was told that they had made a mistake, but I only had to wait for a few minutes in the car. Good thing I didn't as the few minutes turned out to be 40 minutes. It seemed it was too much for the mechanic to take the tires from the boot of the car and remove the covers from the tires, so frustrated I did it myself. Changing that tires took only five minutes, but they did not even check the tire pressure. Instead of putting the covers back on the tires they put them in big plastic bags so I have no clue anymore about their original positions. All in all a very disappointing experience. I do understand that everybody wants their tires changed around the same time, but it should not mean that service has to drop to a record low. On the positive side it makes the choice for a tire change easier as I will never come back here.
