  Spacious and comfortable rooms with an excellent breakfast. Strongly recommend.

  Updated gym March 2018. Updating all rooms throughout 2018. Old rooms have really soft mattresses. Not sure about new. The service you get is fantastic. Room cleaning once a week was really good as I stayed for 9 weeks. Gym is limited equipment so you have to time it right. There is a bookable sauna and bookable laundry facilities which is great. Everything just worked and was nice. I can only complain about the mattress and that was my preference.

  Rooms getting a little dated but still very comfortable. Love this part of town.

  Late night music after 1 am? Easy! 6 am pushing trolley on back yard - check. Cleaning in rooms - no floor washing, just changing bedsheets and towels, pillowcases just turned inside out. 3 weeks without adding a shower gel... well... An additional - super soft mattresses and very dirty chairs...
