  Location is good, although noisy. Standard room spacious although basic. The most disappointing thing: no tea/coffee facilities in the room! You had to go down to the lobby to get a coffee or tea (lipton!?) AND pay. Having just come from a 3 star hotel in Copenhagen, we were extremely disappointed with the lack of basic hospitality.

  Very well located, rich breakfast and very kind+friendly staff. Rooms are clean and big enough.

  In spite of a very good central location, the five days stay in this hotel (for a congress purpose) has been deceitful: a (nice) scarf has been stolen; the window of the room was extremely dirty with large gulls' droppings (nobody cared); renovation of the hotel indices huge noice ...on Saturday morning by 08:30 am (nobody cared either). This hotel does not seem to consider the client and has a problem of management. I may add that for professional reasons, I have stayed several times in other Scandic hotels in Stockholm without any concerns.

  Easy access nonstop via a card at any time. Hotel room was great, breakfast is included and it's quite varied and delicious.

  Good Breakfast, Perfect location, mediocre quality of rooms and bathrooms.
