  My booking got cancelled after ensuring them I would be arriving late and to keep the room if my credit card for some reason wasn't working. I was told not to worry about it. No phone calls to let me know either. Try to find a place that is less than 350Euros for 1 night in Stockholm, when you are just off the plane and it is after midnight. So yes for me a 1 star!

  Stayed here for 3 days. The only staff member I met was friendly and welcoming. Rooms are what you would expect for the price so you can't complain in that regard. We couldn't open the window in our room and despite it being -5c outside, it got uncomfortably warm, even with the provided fan on max. From my recollection the windows were sealed for a security/safety reason. At the time we went (January) it felt like we were the only guests, didn't see nor hear another soul for the full 3 days.

  Great hostel, more like hotel, best place I stayed all week and wish I stayed longer. Great vibes, robin on reception was particularly awesome, he knows how to make you feel welcome and is a lovely guy, great energy, I will recommend this place to friends :)

  Very good location (underground station, pharmacy and several grocery stores and restaurants nearby). The receptionist was very kind and funny! Our room was quite small, but it was all we needed. We slept really well without any troubles. Quality - price ratio was excellent. Would definitely come again!

  I have not tried such a nice hostel before. It felt almost like being in a hotel. Quit place and a lovely and very helpful staff. I didn't miss anything - and the area is wonderful I will look forward to come back
