  Waiting for a call back for days... opening hours inconvenient for working people, SEB in general pretty useless over the phone and in person. Want an appointment for everything but can’t get one via chat or call. What is going on?!

  Not Good service ..waiting for Very lång meeting and Change meeting time frequently!made with customers as beggars! Do not focus on service!

  Incompetent, Slow employees, terrible customer service. Simply pick a different bank if you can.

  Never before have I dealt with a worst bank. Every branch has different rules and they seem to change them daily. Every time I go in I end up wanting to pull my hair out as suddenly I need a different document and the same procedures are done completely differently. Don't waste your time...use another bank!
