  My mac needed service and macforum simply kept breaking different stuff with every service then told me I needed to go to the apple store

  Vad är anledningen till att du gav detta betyg? Watch out! Not service minded staff ! ... order of the wrong product which made me loosing time by coming back for nothing... disrespectful ! Vad överraskade dig mest med besöket på Macforum Östra Hamngatan? The “obtuseness” of the sale person, how many times she has said again and again “we cannot open this product” (an iPad case) stop thinking that your clients are stupid and ignorants... Har du något annat du vill dela med dig av för Macforum om din upplevelse? Why having a shop to sell wonderful product when there is no willingness to make things great ? Especially when the shop manager comes to you and says exactly the same as her employees ... Anything to add ?

  This is a despicable store with rude staff. My iPhone screen was cracked and I sent it to Macforum for repairing. Two days later a bill twice as much as what we agreed on was sent to me. I refused to take the new bill and they tried to keep my phone away from me. There was a girl down in the service center trying to kick me out of the store, when she's still holding my phone, claiming they had many customers and I was blocking the queue. It seems that the only thing they care is how much they can charge you for. When problems happen their solution is to kick you out rudely. Don't go to this store unless you want to be treated with horrible manner and still paying a lot.

  I went here to repair my MacBook. Very friendly and responsive staff. They kept me in the loop and responded fast to inquiries. I guess negative ratings for this place come from people like another customer I overhead who did not understand that Apple and MacForum are two different companies with different processes. Highly recommended Macforum as an Apple Service Partner
