  Absolutely disgraceful treatment. My partner is heavily pregnant and asked to use the toilet. Rude female member of staff refused to even look at her and told her to leave. Didn't even let us buy something or explain anything. Never had such awful 'service'

  Service, food, and coffee was all good. The wifi cut in and out for me, and the music sounded like it was from a best of elevator music soundtrack.
