::We regularly travel with the Viking Line ferries between Stockholm and Turku, so we focus on comfort and ease of use. Over the past few years we've noticed an improvement in the quality of ships and service aboard, and what might be a dull, uninspiring transfer, has transformed into an opportunity to enjoy ourselves and have a nice meal to celebrate the start or end of the vacations, or even get a good spa experience if we travel by day. ::Nothing special to say about the Terminal BUT the lockers. If you want to drop your luggage there are lockers (not many so you need a little luck) that work only with coins! Either 30/50 swedish kronas (small/big) or 3/5 Euros. So make sure you bring some change. Otherwise you'll not able to use them. Especially if Check In is closed there is no personnel there that can help.

::I took the Viking Grace here and it was a wonderful boat. They had an amazing café and multiple activities to do. Overall I love going on these annual boat trips.

::i booked a cruise trip to Helsinki with my girlfriend. We were refused boarding because they said my girl is less than 21 years old at the time and was not allowed. Absurd rule to discriminate people under 21 years old. What is more important, they don't EXPLICITLY show this rule when one makes the booking online. It was hidden in the 'terms and conditions' which few people would carefully read. Also, the customer service was very bad. The lady was very rude. Terrible experience.
