::Hopeless bank with endless lines, and that is just to get a ticket to stand in line. To gain access to the bank, you will have to wait in line inside the entrance door and then announce to some zit face what your business is, and everyone will hear it. If they think you are worthy of entrance, you will receive a ticket number for the next line and you should be prepped to wait for a long time. The customer service is appalling compared to other European countries and even small town folks from Mexico are used to better service. Everything is cumbersome and overworked and you will leave sweaty and frustrated. Even the online information is wrong and not trustworthy. For example the hours of operation, that is constantly erring. Unfortunately, this is what banking has come to nowadays, so there is not really any better alternative. Should you require quick, friendly and professional service...Go to France.

::Helt vĂ€rdelös service, ingen kan nĂ„got, ingen vet nĂ„got, ingen vill försöka lösa nĂ„got.. Första personen som automatiskt blir bankens "ansikte utĂ„t" för kunderna, verkar mest vara anstĂ€lld som prydnad. Ăvrig personal tar det hela med ro, gĂ„r lĂ„ngsamt runt och lĂ€gger inte tvĂ„ fingrar i kors för att skynda pĂ„ nĂ„got inte. Kopiera ett papper tar ungefĂ€r 20 min har jag fĂ„tt erfara, 20 minuter (?!?!?!) NÀÀ, Swedbank Ăstersund Ă€r ett skĂ€mt

::Skitbank, skitpersonal, tvÄ myntmaskiner, ingen funkade, ingen visste nÄt, ingen var intresserad av att lösa nÄt. NÄn spÀd stackare stog o tog skit frÄn bÄde kunder och kollegor "vad tycker du JAG ska göra? Nu sitter han hos mig med en massa mynt..." och en Àldre farbror satt snÀllt o vÀntade medan hon gnÀllde. Jag har ett förslag: bete er som en bank. AnstÀll personal som VILL hjÀlpa.
