::I had the WORST EXPERIENCE in SEB. The staff in Jönköping do not know their job well. I asked if I could set pin code by myself, a man told me "no" but he could request a new from the bank and gave me a new one if I want.(Later on, my friend taught me to do it easily on the machine). Two days ago, I went to ask for money exchange, so I waited in a queue, a lady told me that I could just did it on the money and withdraw the currency that I need.... So I went down to wait in another queue. And found out that "Again, it is not possible to do it ! " I went upstairs to tell her " no it is not working " Then, she said ahh, I did know that.
