  Good location in the city, nice clean rooms and a good breakfast buffet. Good place to stay if you can afford it.

  Near to Umea water stream. Thus is near to rail or bus station so just 10 min walk will take to everywhere. Just missed the coffee bags in the room to help myself with a coffee. May be they can provide it in the room itself.

  You needed to have the lights turned on to use the wallsocket for some reason. Other then that it was really nice.

  Very nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Great experience in restaurant. Breakfast a lot better than usual. Hope to be able to visit again.

  Night train was delayed and SJ provided a room for the night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner had great selections for all dietary requirements. Sauna with a view of the city on the top floor. Room was comfortable Made being stuck tolerable!
