Vi skulle skicka tillbaka dem dÄ hÀnvisar dem att det Àr inget fel pÄ bordet och dÀrför vill dem att vi ska stÄ för frakt kostnaden som Àr drygt 550 kr.

::I ordered a mirror for delivery before Christmas, something that was "guaranteed" in an advertisement on their website. Rum21 sends the mirror but the package is lost in transit. After several emails to their support they agree to send a new package as soon as possible. I wait for another three weeks, it's now the middle of January, and still no package. After yet another email to Rum21's support they tell me that the mirror is now out of stock and can't be sent until the middle of February. So if you want to order something from Rum21, make sure you order about 3 months in advance.
