  Really not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. I went here at lunchtime and had to wait maybe 5 minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff.

  Beautiful building, ugly service towards customers. I loved using Nordea before I was mistreated so poorly at this branch. I actually terminated my account and switched to Swedbank because of the experiences I had here. Stay away; I suggest using the other branch down the street.

  This is the worst branch of the worst bank one can find in Sweden. Their only goal is to reduce contact with you, the customer. Do not open an account with them. It is a waste of time.

  Bad service. You should follow EU rules with bank accounts and not generate your own.
