  2 hours wait just to change an address. No display to tell you the estimated wait time. No coffee, water, or toilet access while you wait. Why not integrate the bank and a coffee shop? Sip while you wait.

  So incredibly slow. Nowhere near enough staff to handle what I would consider a relatively normal amount of customers. (As in it doesn't seem excessively busy)

  Always crowded, long lines, personnel is slow and uninterested, many working places are unmanned even at peak time, employees wander around aimlessly or chat with each other instead of taking care of customers. Prepare to waste a minimum of one hour even though you have a simple question. Better yet, get another bank instead.

  Long waiting lines. The staff isn't helpful.
