::This is a very professional hairsalon and as expected then the prices are pretty high which is not a problem if the service is good, however they are not very clear about what you are paying for. The receipt you get never states the multiple parts of the treatment and their prices, instead you get one whole price, which differs for the same service every time. This made them a bit shady in my eyes. Furthermore, while they are very professional with dying the hair, the hairdressers have to be in a good mood or you are doomed!!! Some of them (Lisa) have a bad temper, role their eyes when you ask them to do something differently, and burn your hair with the blow dryer afterwards... I used to be a loyal customer of Mona for a very long time (two years), until she cancelled me for an appointment 3 times in a row and then they put me with another hairdresser (Susan) --who was awesome--, but, I did not like the way my appointment was handled. And after all the years of my loyalty to their salon, this was a really bad way of treating a good costumer. They never apologized, for all the mix-up, so I changed my salon. On the positive note, they are extremely good with balayaging the hair. I think I have not been to any salon in Europe (I travel a lot) that does it this well. On the other hand, they are almost all of them pretty unhandy with the blowdryer, making your hair look fuzzy at the end. They tend to style your hair with the styler and do not care to keep your hair healthy, but only care to make it look good. Which is a very poor way of being a hairdresser in my opinion. I actually think Moa (not Mona) and Susan are their best hairdressers since they are extremely sweet, friendly, and you can see them making an effort. But I still give a 2 star for the overall experience of the salon, since they do not care for the health of my hair, and they do not seem to care for the customer, giving attention to them but are always busy answering calls (they do not have a secretary), in between your treatment. I rather go to a place where I am treated well.
