::Nicely located I the middle of Gavle this budget hotel provides rooms at affordable prices. Within walking distance of pretty much everything in the central of Gavle. For a low-cost operation it's quite ok. Rooms are small and in need of renovations, but then again, their priced accordingly. Not 24h reception, but that's ok I think. The breakfast is a bit on the simple side with breads, spreads and boiled eggs. (Of course tea/coffee) this is really about two things, location and price. So if you're a bit on the cheap side (as me) you gladly accept the downsides. And for everyone else, there is a lot of other (more expensive) alternatives.

::Good cheap place for a short stay in the city. Located in the mid of the city, not far away from the central station. Walkable distance from the central station. Rooms and facilities are not the coziest and not the most spacious, but cannot complain for the prices offered. Staff is friendly and willing help to get to know the city. They had my breakfast packed and refrigerated to collect in an early checkout.
