  Their cars are great (primarily new Volvos with nice features) but I have received inconsistent service here. Sometimes it is very accommodating (e.g., last reservation the travel agent listed an incorrect time for picking my car up at the airport, and the rental agency rep drove me downtown to pick up a car) , but sometimes it is slow and nonresponsive. The hours are terrible - if you do not have a Swedish driver's license, they are very inconvenient business hours to pick up and drop off a car.
