::A few of us rented a car for two days, and due to us collecting the car early, (11am) we called on the morning of our return if we could return it at the stipulated time of our booking (12pm), otherwise we would return it back at 11. Called Hertz at 8am and the staff on the phone told us there was no problems returning it at 12 so we planned our journey accordingly. However we got the receipt and Hertz told us they were charging an additional day because of that. Extremely disappointed and feeling very cheated considering my positive experiences before. Hertz just lost another loyal customer.
