::No Gold recognition nor an upgrade. The car was dirty on both outside and inside, pickup parking was on 8th floor in a garage with no working elevator. Try that alone with a lot of luggage... Hertz is usually much better than this on other locations.

::A favorite car rental of mine when in Malmö. Friendly staff and it often happens that you get or better car than originally ordered. The self service part is a miss though. From a missing sms with a code to the missing signs and guiding. Nevertheless a very good and cheap spot for renting a car.
