A good place to take a walk, exercise the dog (or oneself), or just sit and watch Klarälven flow by. It seems to have lost its reputation as a place where alcoholics gather. The only thing one needs to watch out for is the couple of times a year when the students take over to celebrate whatever it is students celebrate.
