  Just left götgatans Office. Waited 20 minutes and gave up Lunch hour but one person on duty who spent 20 minutes with one difficult customer. Then I left. Poor management to schedule that way, and poorly trained staff to let one person monopolize. I was not the only one to leave. Going to xchange from now on.

  actually closes at 6pm, not 7pm. if you're new to Sweden make sure you bring your passport for ID.
