::- Unfriendly staff when picking up the car - No GPS was not available (what is not a good idea, if you are not staying in Kiruna) - Counter was not occupied when we brought back the car although it was declared to be open - Although we brought back the car 1 [h] earlier than booked, we have been charged 593,75 [SEK] for "Aferhours" more than three weeks after the travel (maybe because the guy who should have been there was not there?!) - Nobody has been willing to answer our request for explanation (now it was two month ago) -->recommendation: look for other rental services there (there are more which seems to be better.)
