  Superb. I was put up here, so can't comment on value, but: exceptional staff, perfect location, classic architecture, sumptuous breakfast, luxury room, all I could ask for is a plug for the sink. But the heated stone floor in the bathroom makes up for that.

  Been at a conference ("Att leda utan att vara chef") here and found the conference room to be very nice and the staff helpful and ready to serve if needed. Good food, nice and cool dining room but the conference room got very hot in the afternoon sun, despite all windows being fully opened.

  It is a very classy hotel in the center of Karlstad. Excellent location, nice atmosphere, good rooms and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. If you fancy a bite to eat and a few beers you can go to the pub located in the ground floor
