  They have group of non-competent financial managers and their customer service is really bad. For one single loan case, I have got different decisions and excuses and reasoning. To me this bank does not have any clear routine and all of their replies are personal and non-professional. Extremely pissed of with their service.

  Dålig kundtjänst som inte vet vad de håller på med. Dock annars väldigt proffesionelt.
