  The haircut in the end was alright after some corrections (basic men’s haircut, nothing complicated), but I have never felt so unwelcome as a client at a hairdresser. Basically no communication, the hairdresser points at a chair with an “I don’t care” expression in the face, starts combing and trying to “break” the wax in my hair, until I say that it is painful and I suggest we wash the hair first (normally standard procedure and pretty obvious). So we go for a quick wash (with cold water first, but ok, it warmed up after 10sec), and although I appreciate getting my ears dried this should not be done by poking fingers and the towel as deep into my ears as possible. Then quick cut with the machine on the side, pushing my head very rudely into the desired direction, afterwards using the blowdryer to get the top hair in shape, unfortunately burning my scalp with hot air in 3 different spots. All in combination with a foul smell from the fingers/hands - sorry to say that but it is something that can be easily fixed with a handwash after smoking or whatever other activity before serving a customer. Good thing is that everything was over after 15min, in hindsight I should have broken off the procedure after 2min. I am normally not a complainer, but here I really feel that the person just couldn’t care less about the customer, thus this elaborate review. I went to Creative Headz 3 times over the past 6 months, first time at Odengatan with a very pleasant experience, second time at Odenplan with a slightly less pleasant but still ok experience; the third time now at Drottninggatan was arguably the worst hairdresser experience I have ever had. As stated above, haircut was ok in the end, thus 2 stars as an overall rating.

  Been there yesterday at Drottninggatan and that was the last time I was there. Haircut is okayish but not what I asked for. They messed up the appointment too and I had to go there twice in 3 days. The guy who had cut my hair was rude and he obviously hates his job and everything related. Never been treated as bad as this in a long time.

  I went to Creative Headz today at Drottninggatan and had the worst haircut in a long time. First, the hairdresser pretented that I did not have an appointment, though I had made that just one hour earlier. Instead of washing my hair and asking what style I liked, he just started cutting my hair with clippers and a knife, which pretty obviously did not work out well. In the end, to my complaint that I am used to better service, he replied: "so do you want me to wash your hair now?" The entire procedure took 13(!!!) minutes. All this for a price of 490SEK - will never happen again.
