We were there on time, yet the masseuses were not ready. We had to wait 15 minutes before going into the room. The massage-room was cold and dark, not a very cosy feeling. The masseuses were not very good at massaging. The 1 hour couples massage that we had booked was only 45 minutes before we had to leave, still we had to pay full price! Horrible experience. Bad personell with cold hands and unfriendly attitude. Cold dark dungeon to be massaged in and no compensation for both late to get started and early finish. NOT RECOMMENDED!
