  Clean , basic hotel. Pleasent and helpful staff. Within easy walk of the train station and city center.

  Fair to good hotel. The walls between rooms are very thin and not insulated, so you can hear the neighbours TV. Breakfast buffet is good, but not a lot of seating available. Some parts have been renovated, but there is still a lot that could be done to improve the look of the hotel. Everything seems to be cramped together. The staff is helpful and curious.

  Unfortunately we didn't specify that we wanted a double bed so we got two seperate beds next to each other. This caused some lack of sleeping. Apart from that, we were very pleased with our visit!

  As a frequent business traveller, this is a solid choice. The beds are reasonably comfortable and rooms are a good size. There is a desk and chair in each room - would not recommend doing a full work day from here as the chair is not comfortable enough, but it suffices for some evening work. The room design is so-so, with closets in the cheaper rooms more difficult to access and mirror placement inconvenient. Like most hotels, it is hard to get the room bright enough even with all the lights on, and placement of light switches doesn't always make sense. In the nicer rooms, the bathtubs are great. Hair dryers vary wildly - check when you check in and get a replacement, some of them are useless while others are great. The wifi is pretty good - free, disconnects fairly frequently, fast enough to stream video. The staff are helpful and friendly. The parking garage is very difficult to maneouver in - rent a smaller car and get used to backing in. Good pricing though. Breakfast is well done and consistent each morning, with hot and cold options (including waffle maker). Make sure to join Best Western Rewards, you get upgraded quickly. The gym is pretty good as well. There is a TRX, a treadmill, free weights, exercise balls and a couple other machines. Would appreciate mirrors in the TRX room. There is a sauna I have not used.
