::The hotel is very conveniently located near the subway, although the slope leading to the entrance was hard for me as an elderly person. The room was clean, and kept properly clean each day; the bathroom was modern and efficient, BUT the room was too small for a 5-night stay, with only one storage drawer and one standard chair. Replenishment of coffee, etc was not generous. The worst part of our experience was the bed: it was very high with access from one side only which, again, is difficult for elderly people. When we asked to change rooms we were told that all the rooms were the same. The breakfast was tasty and generous, and one of the waitresses in the restaurant was super-efficient and kind when I fell one morning. The lounge was comfortable, but had no English-language newspapers. The gym was well-equipped, but I was surprised that no-one appeared to be on duty to check that everything was ok.

::If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... The Best Western AND Hotel in Stockholm is wonderful. The rooms are small but super efficient, well organized, and comfortable. The lounge area makes up for the small space in the rooms by offering plenty of hang out areas in a very well decorated fun space. The free breakfast was the best I have ever been offered at a hotel. There were so many options with high quality food of local and standard cuisines. I loved this hotel mostly because it felt like a boutique and the location was perfect for getting around all of Stockholm!

::Hotel is located in a prominent area and allows easy access to commuting if you walk up a little. Front desk is minimalistic. Rooms are small, however adequate, modern and functional. Breakfast is really good with a fair touch of fresh Swedish cuisine and produce. Big shopping opportunities are in the vicinity and so are various restaurants. All in all, it's thumbs up!!

::Perfectly located, and close to shops and restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was brilliant. The rooms are a little small, but very cleverly designed. We had everything we needed in there and to honest didn't spend much time in the room as we went out everyday exploring! Breakfast was included and wow... 10/10 so much choice and everything was of a very good quality. All staff we found to be super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel definitely.
