::2018 april, Have had 2 more times rented from them and are now changing my rating to 5. There was some issues with latest rent but they did really gave me an discount way more than expected for the trouble so I'm happy with them overall, we all make mistakes its how we correct them that makes the difference. Earlier review from me: I did not get the type of car I ordered even if I ordered a while back. The car I got was fine (brand new VW Golf with 1000 km on the clock) but with a stick and I wanted Auto. Unfortunately the car was dirty and not cleaned inside from last customer. On the outside it was no big deal as it was raining and the car would have been dirty after a short while anyhow but the impression was not "We try harder" as the slogan is. Has sinse this review rented 3 more times and am now more positive as the cars are now clean and the service better and faster, they also started to show that they try harder. So changing from 3 to 4 stars.
