  Very poor customer service! I´ve purchased a VW Tiguan in December. The car was bought in beginning of the month and we straight away transferred the money to the shop in order to get the documents. This took them more than two weeks and the sales person said it got sent when the documents were not sent yet. I´ve booked flights to pick up the car on Dec. 22 and the documents only arrived on Dec. 19 when we paid on Dec. 06! Due to the late arrival of the documents, we just paid the rest of the car in Dec. 19 and the transfer takes 2-3 days. While arriving in Göteborg on Dec. 22 I got told I am not allowed to pick up the car yet since the money is not there yet. Since it was at some point in the afternoon, I told them to come the next morning and hopefully the money would be there by the time I arrive. While arriving the next morning, the money was on their bankaccount, but not yet credited by their swedish bank. This is why they didn´t want to give me the car. I would have to wait till after christmas. The delay was based on the shops very slow response and shipping of the documents, but still they tried to not hand out the car, even though the money was already visible for them and my bank gave us an approval, that the money can not be pulled back at this stage which was obviously their fear. The shop manager was just there shortly and then disappeared for the whole day. He did not show a little bit of support or understanding for our situation. Worse than that, he tried to put his salesman under pressure to not even help us speak to the accounting. However after hours spent in the shop and just 30min. before the shop was closing for Christmas, I managed to call the head accountant of the Din Bil group who at first told us he could not hand out the car and then realized, that the car was paid and the money is on their bank-account (even though it´s not credited at this stage) so the car can be given out. We did not got any excuse by the shop manager who was not even there anymore. This is seriously the worst customer care I have ever imagined and this while buying a car for 40.000€ or whatever is the equal amount in swedish krowns. I can not recommend this shop as they tread the customer like they did something to them. This cost us two entire days and almost ruined our Christmas.
