  I didnt feel comfortable. Staff were pushy towards selling expensive items and overcharging even for shower and bathrobes they want to charge a huge amount. They refused to grant me discount for hotel guests for some weird rules. I was rushed before and after treatment. Didnt feel relaxed at all. I recommend you go to Radisson Blu instead. Asian staff with much more experience in a friendly atmosphere that really calms the senses with much more choices of treatments.

  DONT Visit. GO TO HAGABADET INSTEAD. Upper house spa is a fraud and they don't guarantee quality at all. The worst spa experience in my life. We booked the most expensive duo treatment and we regret our choice. Staff are unprofessional and not knowledgable about different types of massage and treatments. One of the therapists we spoke to actually had no formal knowledge at all about massages. She couldn't even understand what long strokes mean. What we were told before treatment is way different than what we actually received. Afterwords we weren't EVEN ALLOWED TO TAKE A SHOWER demanding that we pay 800 extra crowns to use showers. They argue that after the scrub and massage we had we don't need any shower which was totally outrageous. We weren't even provided with bathrobe and slippers. We choose to cut our treatment and ask for refund but the manager didn't accommodate our request. NOT RECOMMENDED. Go to HAGABADET instead. Much more professional spa personnel and much better facilities.

  First class spa in the middle of Gothenburg, what more could you ask for? Staff that knows what service means, not common these days. Well recommended!
