::I don't ski, so I spent the whole weekend at the hotel. The facilities are 5 stars. Nice pool and spa areas with saunas etc. I got a massage too (you have to pay apart). The massus lady was very good. The restaurant food is delicious, I'd recommend the Poké bowl as a quick lunch option.

::Does not keep the quality expected. Room was spacious, but worn out. The spa was a joke when it comes to cleanliness and also worn down on a level which is just redicoulos for this price range. Soap in the shower? No just an empty holder.. Only really good part with the hotel was the restaurant, which keeps an excellent standared and serves great food!!

::Loved my stay here.Staff very friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of choices ,lots of healthy options including yogurt, fruits and salads. Beds very comfy,and room had self catering facilities too. Spotlessly clean,and view overlooking the town. The sports facilities were no extra charge and I enjoyed using the treadmill and the spin bike. Thought it might be quite noisy at night but people seem to respect the no noise after 23 .00 hrs.You are able to report noisy neighbors to reception ! No points for QPark though.After struggling to work the ticket machine in snow and freezing wind I tried 3 times and it rejected my card(which I had just used fine in the ATM). Eventually I lost my temper and put the ticket it issued in the windscreen. Next morning I arrived to find a parking ticket. Not happy! According to staff, I am one of many to complain about this.

::Absolutely beautiful hotel and the view of the water/mountains. I came here in summer time and it was so nice even to just sit and look out at the nature. Friendly staff, everything was very clean. The mini kitchen in the hotel room was great too. A little stove, oven, fridge, sink, cooking supplies, plates, forks, the works. It's great here :)
