  While the greeter was very friendly and accommodating, the person I spoke with about getting a personal number was kind of rude and did not speak English. How is someone who just moved to Sweden supposed to know Swedish? I also haven't received my personal number and it has been almost 2 months!

  I have called 5 times! My call is put on hold for more than 20 minutes. Of course after waiting so long I give up all the times. No one answers! Pick up the telephone!!!!!!!!!!!!
