  A pleasant surprise to find this little friendly and clean hotel in Limhamn.Good for anyone who doesn’t need a luxurious stay.

  Nice staff and clean look inside. The outside could be better, but the inside is very nice :)

  If you are looking for a small hotel, this may be the right choice for you: I don't think there are more than a dozen rooms, and when I stayed here no more than nine parking spaces. This also means there is few staff around, and the reception closes in the early evening. When I arrived late, a text message was send to me with the door code and my key was hanging in the reception so I could check myself in so to speak: a remarkably easy solution! The hotel occupies the lower two floors of a residential appartment building, and as such is located right in the middle of a residential area with shops nearby and locals walking around. It is also very close to the beach, in all a pretty good location (though the view would be a lot better if the rooms were higher up). The fittings are not exactly top of the line. My bathtub drained directly into an open drain in the floor, the sink was a bit rusty and the light switches and such had seen better days. For all that, the bed was new and comfortable, towels and toiletries were sufficient and the included coffee and tea were a very nice touch: safes me a trip to a local caffee if I wanted a late night cup of tea. Breakfast was limited and served on disposable plates and cups, which I feel is a bit of let-down. Indubitably due to the limited number of staff (I only ever saw one very polite, very friendly young man that both served me breakfast and checked me out later), but I prefer to eat from actual plates rather than bits of cardboard. In all, this is not a top-of-the-line hotel, but then the price is not top-of-the-line either. Value for money wise it is a great choice, perfect for a short stay.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. But: very old interior, smelly bathroom (sewage) and very limited breakfast (they had a fire and served breakfast in the lobby). The view of the (smallish) room was on the parking area. It would be good if it was cheap, but this was one of the most expensive hotels on our trip and it didn't come close to the other hotels in Sweden and abroad. Felt a bit like a hostel, but was priced premium hotel.
