::I report my card is stolen 14 jul and they say they sent me new one. I wait one week na not get new. And I was forced to buy 7days cards(300sek). And they say when card arive call us and we pay you for 5 working days. And after one week write agin. And they say agin we sent. And another week still nothing. And they finaly send after 15 days when my card expired. At the end no one pay for my damage.

::Bad company and very bad organization for their means of transportation. I was living in göteborg and there is big different between vÀsttrafik (göteborg's transportation company) and Sl, so i suggest you can learn from vÀsttrafik how a company can be organized!!!
