  I had the WORST EXPERIENCE in SEB. The staff in Jönköping do not know their job well. I asked if I could set pin code by myself, a man told me "no" but he could request a new from the bank and gave me a new one if I want.(Later on, my friend taught me to do it easily on the machine). Two days ago, I went to ask for money exchange, so I waited in a queue, a lady told me that I could just did it on the money and withdraw the currency that I need.... So I went down to wait in another queue. And found out that "Again, it is not possible to do it ! " I went upstairs to tell her " no it is not working " Then, she said ahh, I did know that.

  hopeless you have to wait for many minutes every single time you go there and their website has no english nor does their answering system an have english options
