  Single room is okay, but verry small. Bathroom ist the weakest point. To small dir everything you have to do there. Breakfast ist fine.

  Damn good location. Good staff. Nice but small rooms especially economy and standard. Nice restaurant and rooftop bar. Alot of options in the breakfast but they offer same options in the 4 weeks I stayed.

  Reception staff are nice and helpful, breakfast and location are great but be warned of noise from rooftop bar on Saturday nights

  The cheapest rooms have very small or no windows. Which is why I went for the next level. It had a window but that's where the good things end. The room was very small with paint coming of in the roof, crappy paint and marks on the walls, space for a fridge but no fridge and a safe that could not fit a normal sized laptop. The matress was 90 cm wide while the bed was 120 cm which gave you a good possibility to lie and look at the brown spots on the spring matress. The pillow was small and there were no extra. The bathroom was tiny and the showerwall was moveabale but spring-loaded which squeezed you towards the sink while sitting on the toilet. After a while I propped it closed with the trashcan. After a shower the water cover the whole floor so if you wanna do anything else in there you have to put your shoes on. When I arrived it was clear that the tp had been lying on the wet floor. My colleague wanted a wake up call in the morning but was told to use the TV which was a bit uncomfortable since it he wasn't used to navigate it and he had a important meeting in the morning. The location isvery good but also means that it's noisy so not for the sound sensitive. What saves them from getting one star is the excellent breakfast and rooftop bar.

  The usual quality of Scandic hotels group is high. This one is not different. In a central Gothenburg area, is surrounded by several cafes, restaurants, pubs and clubs. The hotel itself has a trendy restaurant/cocktail bar called Ruby and another fantastic rooftop cocktail bar as well. So, talking about the amenities, sauna, gym, pretty much standard as any good hotel. Rooms are basic, with small nice touch, free WiFi, etc.. Nothing unexpectd. But the breakfast is something that is a really sacandinavian touch. I really could pass any other meal of the day only with the amount of things available, from bread to fruits to salty to sweets, is perfect for breakfast lovers or hangover after an amazing night out on the city. The only small annoyance I found is that hotel can be crowded on the nights and elevators are hard to catch due people going to rooftop bar. But if you going to Gothenburg and need a nice play to rest during the parties, really look here first
