::Crazy policy for booking class. You have to be at the gym 10min before the class starts otherwise you cannot attend. If you do not attend 3 classes, you cannot book for 4 weeks!

::Nice and tidy gym with an ok variety of machines and free weights. The dressing rooms and it's sauna is top notch though.

::Relatively small gym but not lacking any of the core features for full body strength training. They have a few bikes, elipticals and treadmills. Offers group training that need to be booked beforehand. The dressing rooms have lockers and sauna. Quite tidy and clean.

::Why Sats Landala? Everyone requesting a PT get one, free 3 times. They have employed great instructors, for the classes available. Recommend Crosstraining & Transforms. They have all the lifting equipment you need, even a CF cage, and it's not too crowded even on rush hours. I travel abroad often for month or more and I have the option to put my membership on hold in the mean while. They have been really flexible and always solved any problems to the best of their ability. That's why I'm a Sats member!
