    Booked tickets 4 days ago and got no ticket (usually e-ticket comes in 24 hours), wrote to them and got a reply saying they will get back ASAP. I saw the reviews and got really worried. I called United (thanks to other posters dropped a hint about calling the airline) and they were able to locate my reservation and retrieve the tickets (I think their booking platform is too automated for them to easily take the $ and go). So my advice - if you have a pending reservation, call your airline for help. They can locate your reservation - grab the confirmation code and keep track of the reservation yourself.

    In short: Stay away from this company, there are som many better alternatives out there. RCG seems to be kind of a joke, so many people having bad experiences from this company, can´t be wrong! Me personally flying all over the world, in short: worst experience ever: Never again!

    While booking tickets online we were offered no option to book vegetarian meals. Our correspondence from RCG contained no telephone number or other contact details, and when we eventually found a phone number it turned out they were closed during the entire christmas-new year period. Unacceptabe under usual circumstances but particularly annoying given we paid extra for a 'service packet', where was that service for us?

    I wanted to re-scedual a connecting plane booking due to bad weather, so i called in; 15:09 and I was in queue for 1 hour and 26 minutes = 16:35 I got on place 7. And suddenly they just hang up/kicked me from the freaking queue! and now my mom is sitting in the airplane with stuck in the airport and only god knows what will happen when/if she arrives. I should have listened to my gut feeling when i saw the bad reviews about this company here in google. I'll go to their office and make a complaint and get my money back, that's for sure. Do not use this site for your bookings, you always think "it wont happen to me" Well I thought so too but guess what, it just happened. Definitely not worth it. 0/5.
