  I love the selection and range of products carried and this huge superstore carries everything I would want to buy. But they fail miserably in the customer service department. As a big item purchaser went through the process of having an in store warranty printed out, there were 3 other check out staff standing in a huddle laughing and looking like they were preparing to play hacky sack. All while 4 people backed up behind me and the one open register. Very bad personnel management of the young staff, not acceptable.

  If you find someone to talk with they don't know more then the description on the box. Fast shipping if you need something right away and know what to get

  I went to buy a phone and was put off by the awful service, sellers seem to ignore you! That's why I prefer to buy from Amazon and wait a week for it than buy from Media Markt in Sweden. It took me more than 30 minutes to be attended by a seller, who couldn't answer a simple question about payment method. If you go to Media Markt in Turkey for example sellers will be always ready to help you in whatever you need.

  Ok, nice staff but a bit slow checkout on busy days. Staff knowledge OK but not great with details...

  I am giving 5 on 5, for not only the offers. Especially for taking the customer's through the shop as per the customer's requirement. And the best part is giving good suggestion and showing the possible best offers available in the store. Most of the places, which I have visited in Gothenburg, I haven't found any as such! Happy shopping!
