  I needed to get my gears and lights fixed with the result that: - They did not manage to fix my lights; my almost new back tire was missing and my bottom bracket makes sounds now. - I had to wait two weeks instead of one day (which they had told me in the beginning) and go to their shop six times in total. - I never received any apology or explanation. - They did not hand me a bill, even after explicitly asking for it. After complaining massively, they at least gave me back an equivalent back tire and even new crank arms. Due to this goodwill (which came very late), I give them two points instead of one. But overall, they were highly unprofessional and I cannot understand why they have such a good reputation.

  Leffe och co. är kompetenta, trevliga och allmänt rimliga att ha att göra med. Jag är personligen ALLTID nöjd med min cykel när jag fått den lagad på Leffes och rekomenderar butiken starkt. Bäst i Uppsala.
