::It's a neat building you can go in, look at the architecture, and read about their plans for the new city hall. We were told that the move is planned for August 2018, so if you want a chance to look in this building, you'll need to come before then. It looks like it's open during normal business hours during the week.

::市役所です。日本の市役所のイメージとはずいぶん異なり、広いです。そして人があまりいないです（日本でも土日に役所に行く人は少ないのでそのせいかもしれませんが）。鉄鉱山の街らしく、すごく鉄っぽい時計塔が設けられています。

::Wird wie alle Gebäude von Kiruna demnächst abgerissen, wer kann, noch schnell anschauen, dieser große Raum ist wirklich beeindruckend. Ewig schade darum - aber ganz kiruna muss dem Erz Abbau weichen.

::Nice art on the walls around the city hall. A man who worked there offered me and my friend a traditional Finnish Easter dish ("memme", I think it was called) for no apparent reason, which was very kind. :)
