  Visited with a group for a conference. Conference room was ok but not fantastic. The other part of the hotel was fantastic. The lunch, dinner, the bar, the breakfast and the room. Staff was very friendly and the athmosphere were great.

  I truly loved how everything was decorated. You're welcomed with a great atmosphere when you first walk in and it continues all the way into the rooms. I can't say that I've been to many hotels in my life, but this was by far the nicest I've ever visited. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bed was extremely comfortable and managed to wake up feeling refreshed for the first time in a couple of weeks, despite being in the Canary Islands only a week before. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, the coffee was great, the choices for food were great, even for my vegan self. The fact that they have vegan milk and yoghurt is appreciated, I'm usually disappointed by buffet breakfasts because they forget about us. Everyone was really nice and helpful, and let us go back into our room after checking out to grab something we'd forgotten without issue. I really enjoyed that, even though the hotel was decadent, it didn't take itself so serious. All of their information was playful and made it feel more welcoming to those of us who aren't rich and wealthy but want to enjoy a nice hotel once in a while. I recommend checking for monsters under your bed for a fun surprise! The location was also really great, there are plenty of wonderful restaurants and bars within walking distance, including their own piazza style bar/restaurant in the centre. I really enjoyed everything about this place, I definitely will be back!

  Beautiful Hotel, recently renovated. Rooms tastefully decorated and stunning. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return. Hotel is close to the train station, Lille Torg and various restaurants.
