::Nice big open area with middle size shops where you can easily park for free that's the good part. So the reason for 3 stars is that city's municipality have made the shops look like car service area rather than normal social community services and interaction area such as restaurants and a shopping mall. To build a big shopping mall gathering all shops in one place is inevitable for a sustainable local community and such environment for people living close to the area. We will just have to wait till the real goverment municipality realizes community's real needs.
