  Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is really good; lots of options. The rooms are nice. The beds are too firm for my liking.

  Really nice hotel. The rooms were modern and offered good views, and the concierge was helpful.

  Well situated and accessible to most of the major tourist attractions in the city via public transit or walking. Decent views but also less than ideal positioning as the hotel basically sits directly over train lines and major traffic so feels constantly busy directly outside the window. The rooms themselves are decent but even with upgraded reservations the amenities are fairly limited and showers are poorly constructed as water leaks everywhere. Fantastic breakfast though. Worth exploring other hotels given the expensive price point of this place.

  This hotel is in a really good location. The marble effect bathroom in our room was beautiful. The staff are lovely and despite it being cold outside the temperature of the room was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Only downside would be that out room was a little bit far but you could request a more accessible room.

  Hotel room was extremely comfortable, the bed and pillows were perfect. Room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and had plenty of bread options, cold cuts, hot items, a waffle maker, a chef making scrambled eggs, yogurt, and cereals. Plenty to select from forms drink, they even have a juicer and fruits for you to make your own juice. Location was great. Easy access walk to subway, attractions and shops. The view from our room was beautiful too.
