  In Örebro there are only a handful of good places and this is one. Fresh and cosy atmosphere, lots of local fish and service is good. Not too much and quite soft. Staff are there when needed and not too much talking. Beer: wow! Nice japanese craft beer not to be found any where else.

  Väldigt välsmakande och spännande rätter. Jag var här för några månader sedan och provade avsmakningsmenyn. Där erbjöds förutom marulkskind, valthornssnäcka även andra mer klassiska smaker så som halstrad lax och tonfisk. Ägaren och kocken är väldigt kunnig och presenterar rätterna på ett spännande sätt där man får det visualiserat för sig vart fisken kommer ifrån. Vi åt blandat en rå åttaarmad (tror det var åtta) bläckfisk från Sverige - mycket gott! Restaurangen har sedan jag var där även tillkommit i White Guide och det är inte oväntat då de erbjuder den bästa sushin i stan. Vill ni äta finare sushi så är det här stället att gå till!

  Very nice experience. Bites are excellent and the chef is very focused, yet welcoming and explaining what he is presenting to you (even the origin of the food). Other staff are also very nice! Be aware that you’ll wait some time in between the bites, and that for some people, it might not be enough food by the end of the meal. We personally thought it was enough food for us, and the quality/greatness of each bite is worth the wait - especially when you see the chef cooking in front of you. Overall, we had an excellent night and we would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes sushi and would like to have an interesting experience. Note also that they don’t accept American Express.
