::Classic gym! None of that new happy zumba group training mambo jumbo. Sweat and iron. Pretty spacious, equipment not brand new but solid. Not for wannabe mirror models. Just for training and building muscle.

::My favourite weight lifting gym! Blasting rock, hard rock and metal for that original hardcore gym feeling. If you are in to weight lifting you will not want to go back to any of the other chains once you have come here. While grunting at Sats will have people looking at you sideways, grunting at Exhale is simply the custom. The gym is an official Hammer Strength gym with a great selection of free weight machines as well as a large selection of dumbbells and barbell weights. There is also a small selection of cardio machines. Get big or die trying, baby!
