  Terrible staff, the place is really loud. Visit the other Espresso House shops in Västerås instead but not this one.

  An altogether decent experience, but no more than 'as expected' for a coffee / tea shop - They could do more to differentiate themselves across their range of cafes as they all seem a bit bland and stale now It would also be very beneficial to customers if they could offer more vegtarian options across their range of cafes as that is long overdue They also Need to consider bringing in more vegan options An upgrade is long overdue.
