FYI not all that visit you are terrorists and mean something harmfull!!Its unfortunately that families are living all cross the globe otherwise no one would have been trying to cross oceans just for no reason. ::Helpful staff at the consular section (once you're in). Had some red tape issues but staff was understanding and flexible. The embassy webpage is not the most intuitive and could be improved regarding information on what documents you have to provide. Call before going to make sure you got what paperwork you need in order for things to run smoothly once you're there. Security is tight but not dimensioned to serve you quickly. Expect to wait outside in the cold for a while.

::Phone customer service is extremely poor, very rude and absolutely no patience for any questions. It's understandable that getting questions that are on your website can be tiring, but that's part of their job, it's to be expected. I had an appointment at 8.45am and it wasn't until past 11am that I actually got to my appointment since the line was extremely long. The interview part went fine, my visa got approved during the 10 minute interview and I was promised to have my visa by the end of the week. Fast forward to the end of the week, I still haven't gotten my visa in the mail... According to the website it hasn't even been mailed yet. I'm hoping for it to arrive on Monday since I have a flight booked for Tuesday next week. The customer service I could've gotten over but the fact that it hasn't been sent when I was promised that it would be here already... extremely disappointing.
