Terrible bad experience. They only look forward empty your pocket for their non proffessional service! I went there with my cat, with an evident urinary obstruction. They did almost nothing, in 5 minutes, not explaining me nothing and treating me as an idiot: the told me "you know he has two kidneys?", "we didnÂŽt do a bloodtest because he is not our patient" (???), "but we can do it now, just charging you the lab for the creatinin" (and they told me it was 290 kr when in other vet it was... 78 kr!), they said he has kidney and heart problems my old 11 years old cat... and they prescribed me and injected him metacam, wich is contraindicated for heart and kidneys problems! In my country vets are good, and they donÂŽt steal you. My sister is a vet and as I told her what they have done she couldn't beleive it! They also lied to me. One vet telling me he has no crystals , then that he has, then that not, then that they could take an urine sample with massages but in the inorm I asked it says the cystocentesis (syringe, anesthetizeing him first)...And the ultrasound they took was uncompletly, when I asked for the images (in Argentina they always give you that, I showed them the ultrasound I have from there) they told me that itÂŽs impossible to take an image in cats as you can take on human babies because cats move... nonsense. For 12 hs of being there for not5hing, an urine test and the "ultrasound" they charged me 7500 kr!!! I had to paid that because they made me sign a paper (in Swedish, what I donÂŽt speak and told them that). When I came back home with my cat I saw he has a swallen leg, what he hadn't before going Djurakuten. When I told them asking for an explanation they just told me "Oh... it must be liquid...". Really?

Tryggt.

TERRIBLE service. I took my dog there because she refused to walk since the hurt her paw the day before. I called first in the morning, and they told me that on that day (Tuesday) they were full so the first meeting available would be on Friday evening, but since my dog was in pain I could go there as an EMERGENCY case, and consequently, I would pay an emergency FEE. So went there on that day (Tuesday). I arrived at 1:30 pm, and after four long hours waiting, I just gave up. I went to the reception on last time, and the receptionist told me that even though I had been waiting for hours, it still would take a while. So I left the vet and went to another vet: my dog had a broken toe. So my suggestion is: do not waste your time going there without an appointment. Apparently, a broken bone isnÂŽt an emergency case for them.

Oacceptabelt.
